1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Todait application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Loopetto ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address, Apple ID, or Google Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. Description of Service
Todait is a study planning and habit tracking application that helps users create and manage study schedules, track progress, and build consistent study habits. The Service may include both free and premium (paid) features.
5. Subscription and Payment
Details regarding subscription plans, pricing, billing, and cancellation are described in our Subscription & Payment Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Use automated means to access the Service without our prior written consent
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any content within it
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and shall remain the exclusive property of Loopetto. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. User Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as study plans and records). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOOPETTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

1. 약관의 동의
투데잇(Todait) 애플리케이션(이하 "서비스")을 다운로드, 설치 또는 이용함으로써 본 이용약관(이하 "약관")에 동의하게 됩니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 마십시오. 서비스는 루페토(Loopetto, 이하 "회사")가 운영합니다.
2. 이용 자격
서비스를 이용하려면 만 17세 이상이어야 합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 해당 연령 요건을 충족함을 보증합니다.
3. 계정 등록
일부 기능에 접근하려면 유효한 이메일 주소, Apple ID 또는 Google 계정을 사용하여 계정을 생성해야 합니다. 이용자는 계정 자격 증명의 기밀 유지와 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다.
이용자는 등록 시 정확하고 최신의 완전한 정보를 제공하며, 해당 정보를 정확하게 유지하기 위해 업데이트할 것에 동의합니다.
4. 서비스 설명
투데잇은 이용자가 학습 일정을 생성 및 관리하고, 진도를 추적하며, 일관된 학습 습관을 형성할 수 있도록 돕는 학습 계획 및 습관 추적 애플리케이션입니다. 서비스에는 무료 및 프리미엄(유료) 기능이 포함될 수 있습니다.
5. 구독 및 결제
구독 플랜, 가격, 청구 및 해지에 관한 자세한 내용은 구독/결제 정책에 명시되어 있으며, 해당 정책은 본 약관의 일부로 포함됩니다.
6. 이용자의 의무
이용자는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:
- 불법적인 목적이나 관련 법률을 위반하여 서비스를 이용하는 행위
- 서비스를 역엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 분해하려는 행위
- 서비스의 무결성이나 성능을 방해하거나 훼손하는 행위
- 서비스 또는 관련 시스템에 무단으로 접근하려는 행위
- 사전 서면 동의 없이 자동화된 수단으로 서비스에 접근하는 행위
- 서비스 또는 서비스 내 콘텐츠를 복제, 수정 또는 배포하는 행위
7. 지적재산권
서비스와 그 원본 콘텐츠, 기능 및 기능성은 루페토의 독점적 자산이며, 저작권, 상표권 및 기타 관련 법률에 의해 보호됩니다. 회사의 상표는 사전 서면 동의 없이 사용할 수 없습니다.
8. 이용자 데이터
서비스 이용은 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받으며, 해당 방침은 회사가 이용자의 정보를 수집, 이용 및 보호하는 방법을 설명합니다.
이용자는 서비스 내에서 생성한 콘텐츠(학습 플랜, 기록 등)의 소유권을 보유합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 서비스 제공 목적에 한하여 해당 콘텐츠를 처리 및 저장할 수 있는 제한적 라이선스를 회사에 부여합니다.
9. 보증의 부인
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 대로" 제공되며, 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성 및 비침해에 대한 묵시적 보증을 포함하여 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 제공하지 않습니다. 회사는 서비스가 중단 없이, 안전하게 또는 오류 없이 운영될 것을 보증하지 않습니다.
10. 책임의 제한
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 루페토는 서비스 이용으로 인한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해, 또는 직간접적으로 발생한 이익이나 수익의 손실, 데이터, 사용, 영업권 또는 기타 무형 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
11. 분쟁 해결
본 약관 또는 서비스와 관련하여 발생하는 분쟁은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해결됩니다. 이용자는 모든 법적 조치 또는 절차가 대한민국 서울 소재 법원에 전속 관할권이 있음에 동의합니다.
12. 준거법
본 약관은 저촉법 규정에 관계없이 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다.
13. 이용 제한 및 해지
회사는 이용자가 본 약관을 위반하거나 다른 이용자, 회사 또는 제3자에게 해를 끼치는 행위를 하는 경우, 또는 기타 회사의 재량에 따라 사전 통지 없이 즉시 계정 및 서비스 접근을 중지하거나 해지할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 설정에서 계정을 삭제하여 언제든지 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 서비스 이용 권한은 즉시 종료됩니다.
14. 약관의 변경
회사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 서비스 내에 업데이트된 약관을 게시하고 "최종 수정일"을 업데이트하여 안내합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 수정된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
15. 서비스 가용성
회사는 서비스를 항상 이용 가능하도록 노력하지만, 중단 없는 접근을 보장하지 않습니다. 유지보수, 업데이트 또는 회사의 통제를 벗어난 상황으로 인한 서비스의 일시적 이용 불가에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
16. 조항의 분리
본 약관의 조항 중 집행 불가능하거나 무효한 것으로 판명되는 경우, 해당 조항은 필요한 최소 범위로 제한 또는 삭제되며, 나머지 약관은 완전한 효력을 유지합니다.
