This Subscription & Payment Policy describes the terms of paid subscriptions available through the Todait application operated by Loopetto.
1. Subscription Plans
Todait offers the following subscription options:
- Free Tier: Download and use basic features at no cost. Free users can create up to 2 study plans. Upgrading to Premium unlocks additional plans, cover photo customization, and more features to be added over time.
- Premium Monthly: $4.99/month
- Premium Annual (Introductory Offer): $29.99 for the first year, then $39.99/year — available to eligible first-time subscribers as displayed in the App Store before purchase.
- Premium Annual: $39.99/year
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. The applicable price will be displayed in the App Store before purchase.
2. Introductory Offer and Promotional Pricing
Todait offers an introductory price for the annual subscription plan to eligible first-time subscribers.
The Premium Annual Introductory Offer provides a discounted first-year price of $29.99. After the first year, the subscription automatically renews at the standard annual price of $39.99/year unless cancelled.
This is not a free trial. Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase through your Apple ID account. The introductory offer is available to eligible users as determined by Apple and displayed in the App Store before purchase.
Todait may also offer other promotional prices or limited-time offers from time to time. The exact price, eligibility, and terms will always be displayed in the App Store before purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (“App Store”) as in-app purchases. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the App Store.
5. Refunds
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s refund policy.
To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly at https://support.apple.com or through the “Report a Problem” feature in your purchase history.
Loopetto does not process refunds directly.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time.
If we change the price, we will provide notice through the App Store or the Service. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply upon renewal.
If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before it renews.

구독/결제 정책

본 구독/결제 정책은 루페토(Loopetto)가 운영하는 투데잇(Todait) 애플리케이션을 통해 제공되는 유료 구독의 조건을 설명합니다.
1. 구독 플랜
투데잇은 다음 구독 옵션을 제공합니다.
- 무료: 무료로 다운로드하여 기본 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다. 무료 사용자는 최대 2개의 학습 플랜을 생성할 수 있습니다. 프리미엄으로 업그레이드하면 추가 플랜 생성, 커버 사진 변경 등 향후 업데이트될 기능들을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 프리미엄 월간: $4.99/월
- 프리미엄 연간 (첫해 특가): 첫 1년 $29.99, 이후 $39.99/년 — 구매 전 App Store에 표시되는 조건에 따라 신규 구독자에게 제공
- 프리미엄 연간: $39.99/년
가격은 지역에 따라 다를 수 있으며 변경될 수 있습니다. 적용 가격은 구매 전 App Store에서 표시됩니다.
2. 첫해 특가 및 프로모션 가격
투데잇은 연간 구독 플랜에 대해 한정된 기간 동안 런치 할인 가격을 제공할 수 있습니다.
프리미엄 연간 런치 할인은 대상 사용자에게 제공될 수 있는 연간 구독 할인 상품입니다.
이는 무료 체험이 아닙니다. 해당 상품을 구매하는 경우 Apple ID 계정을 통해 구매 시점에 결제가 청구됩니다.
투데잇은 이외에도 기간 한정 프로모션 가격 또는 특별 할인을 제공할 수 있습니다. 정확한 가격, 대상 조건 및 구독 조건은 구매 전 App Store에서 항상 표시됩니다.
프로모션 기간이 종료되었거나 프로모션 대상이 아닌 경우, 표준 구독 가격이 적용될 수 있습니다. 정확한 가격과 조건은 구매 전 App Store에서 항상 표시됩니다.
3. 결제 및 청구
모든 결제는 Apple App Store(이하 “앱스토어”)를 통한 인앱 결제로 처리됩니다. 회사는 이용자의 결제 정보를 직접 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
- 구매 확인 시 Apple ID 계정으로 결제가 청구됩니다.
- 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신을 해제하지 않으면 구독이 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
- 현재 기간 종료 24시간 이내에 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다.
- 구매 후 앱스토어의 계정 설정에서 구독을 관리하고 해지할 수 있습니다.
4. 해지
Apple ID 계정 설정을 통해 언제든지 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지는 현재 결제 기간 종료 시 적용됩니다.
유료 기간이 끝날 때까지 프리미엄 기능에 계속 접근할 수 있습니다.
앱을 삭제하더라도 구독이 해지되지 않습니다. 반드시 앱스토어를 통해 해지해야 합니다.
5. 환불
모든 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 이루어지며 Apple의 환불 정책이 적용됩니다.
환불을 요청하려면 https://support.apple.com 에서 Apple 고객지원에 직접 문의하거나 구매 내역의 “문제 신고” 기능을 이용해주세요.
루페토는 환불을 직접 처리하지 않습니다.
6. 가격 변경
회사는 언제든지 구독 가격을 변경할 권리를 보유합니다.
가격 변경 시 앱스토어 또는 서비스를 통해 안내합니다. 가격 변경은 현재 구독 기간에는 영향을 미치지 않으며 갱신 시 적용됩니다.
가격 변경에 동의하지 않는 경우 갱신 전에 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다.
7. 서비스 가용성
유지보수 및 서비스 중단 등 서비스 가용성 관련 조건은 이용약관에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.
